How much is postage?
STANDARD DELIVERY
UK - Delivery will be charged at £2.00 per order.
Sweden - Delivery will be charged at £4.95 per order.
Malta - Delivery will be charged at £4.95 per order.
Delivery by Royal Mail. This is not a tracked service.
What is the delivery time?
All orders will be posted within 48 hours of receipt. On the odd occasion, this may not be possible (as I may be climbing a mountain!). Your confirmation email will clearly state when you should expect to receive your Kula Cloth. If you have any questions about this, please contact me.
Is overseas shipping available?
If you require delivery outside of the UK please contact me and let’s see what we can make happen for you.
How can I return an order for an exchange or refund?
Every Kula Cloth should arrive free of defects or damage, following a thorough quality check before it is posted to you. Your Kula Cloth is guaranteed for one month after receipt of order.
Kula Cloths are non-returnable unless faulty, due to the personal nature of a Kula Cloth.
If you believe that your Kula Cloth is defective, damaged or faulty, please contact me to arrange a return and possible refund. All returns must occur within one month of receipt.
Returns process:
Please contact me to register your return.
Arrange for the return of the product, along with proof of postage from Royal Mail. Please note responsibility cannot be accepted for goods in transit when being returned.
Once the product has been returned, you will receive an email confirming receipt of return.
The Kula Cloth will be inspected for faults, and the request for a refund or exchange will be either approved or declined.
You will be fully informed in an email of the decision post inspection.
Refund policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you if the request for a refund or exchange will be either approved or declined.
If the item is approved, you will be given the option of a full refund or a replacement product.
If you request a refund, this will be processed at the purchase price, using the same method originally used to pay for it. The refund will include the original delivery charge and the delivery charge incurred when returning the product.
A refund of the delivery charge will only be issued if items were assessed as being incorrect, damaged, or faulty.
If the product is assessed as not incorrect, damaged, or faulty, rights are reserved to refuse a refund on the item and the delivery charges.
How I can cancel my order?
Cancellation Right:
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. The right of cancellation does not apply to:
the delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery. Returns will be dealt with as detailed above.
